POSITION: Coach Trainer
REPORTING TO: Studio Manager with a line to US Education Manager
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Being a mentor in Studio and developing the team. Supporting in a variety of events and opportunities for brand awareness
ROTA: Sunday - Thursday

LOCATION: FACEGYM Studio - LA

We combine powerful kneading movements with our high-performance skincare, innovative tools and cutting-edge technology to tone and tighten the 40+ forgotten muscles of the face - in our Studios and at home. We are based in central London, working across the UK & USA with Franchise locations opening in India and the UK.

Job Summary
This role will see you develop your coaching and mentoring skills, as well as give you the opportunity to work on exciting new ventures across all of the LA Studios. You’ll help the Senior Studio Manager and the Education team in ensuring all customers receive an amazing experience. You passion and experience is invaluable and we want to work with you to inspire our teams and achieve success.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Your primary role will be FACEGYM Trainer, where you’ll continue to offer the very best Workouts and home care advice to our customers. In addition to your role, as Coach, you’ll be responsible for the below areas.

Brand Ambassador:

• Embody the FaceGym Values and work with your Studio Manager and the People Team on ways to bring these values to life in your Studio and across the business

• Ensure excellence in all aspects of service of customer care. Leading by example and mentoring the team to achieve the same exceptional standards

• Work closely with the Education and Marketing team on promoting new launches in Studio. Bringing excitement and passion to all launches, sharing knowledge with the teams to help drive engagement
  
  Exposure & Partnerships:

• Help the Master Trainers with events and pop-ups. Working with new and existing partnerships are various locations in the US.

• Work with the Marketing team on VIP’s and events to boost brand exposure
  New product amplification; creating social content in Studios, training the teams and attending customer events
  

Training & Education:

• Be a buddy and educator for all new starters in the Studio, supporting them with meeting the team and learning their way around the Studio, as well as support with any additional training and practice post Bootcamp

• Support the National Training Manager in conducting 2 week bootcamps for new hires as and when required hosting these bootcamps on your own.

• Support the team with ongoing development and refresh training

• Lead the Trainer Assessment process across the LA Studios with the support of the Education Manager

• Work with the Education Manager on Studio standards and assessments
  

The Ideal Candidate:

• Hands on experience with customers, signed off to perform all Studio Workouts

• Embody the FaceGym Values (TEAMWORK, ADAPTABILITY, OWNERSHIP & RESPECT)

• Able to work weekends and outside of commercial hours

• Able to work across all of our LA studios

• Must be able to travel to external venues for partnership and private events

• Flexible for temporarily re-location if required
