FACEGYM is opening its newest Los Angeles studio in Studio City this fall, and we're looking for passionate, energetic Licensed Estheticians to join our founding team. This is your opportunity to help launch an exciting new studio, build lasting client relationships, and introduce Studio City to the world's first facial fitness experience.

THE ROLE

As a FACEGYM Trainer, you'll deliver our signature facial workouts while creating exceptional client experiences that keep clients coming back. You'll personalise every workout, educate clients on skincare and facial fitness, build loyalty, and contribute to the success of a brand-new studio.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver FACEGYM's signature facial workouts following Bootcamp training.

• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service.

• Educate clients on skincare, treatments and retail products.

• Meet service, retail and membership goals.

• Maintain exceptional hygiene, operational and brand standards.

• Support studio events, launches and community activations.
  

WHO YOU ARE

• A licensed California Esthetician with the right to work in the US.

• Passionate about skincare and delivering exceptional client experiences.

• A confident communicator with a positive, team-first attitude.

• Commercially minded and motivated to achieve performance goals.

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
